Las solicitudes de aprobación de reformas estatutarias, deberán dirigirse al Gobernador respectivo o al Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, y se someterán a las mismas formalidades que los artículos anteriores establecen para el otorgamiento de la personería jurídica. Para la aprobación de las reformas, únicamente se considerarán los aspectos sobre los cuales hayan recaído las decisiones y modificaciones aprobadas por la Asamblea General.
