Investigaciones y procedimientos administrativos contra organismos acreditados. Cuando se inicie una investigación o un procedimiento administrativo en el que estén involucrados organismos acreditados por el organismo nacional de acreditación, o resultados de evaluación de la conformidad emitidos por ellos, la autoridad que conozca del asunto deberá informar al organismo nacional de acreditación con el fin de que este evalúe las actuaciones de su competencia e informe a su consejo directivo.
