º. La participación de los miembros de la Comisión es indelegable. La Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión estará a cargo del Viceministro de Defensa para coordinación de entidades descentralizadas y el Secretario General del Ministerio de Defensa. El Presidente de la Comisión Intersectorial podrá invitar a las sesiones a los miembros del Gobierno y de la comunidad que considere convenientes. Sus sesiones serán reservadas y su vocero único será el Ministro de Defensa Nacional.
