Medidas necesarias para que no se generen por negligencia, Racionamientos de Gas Natural o de Energía Eléctrica. Los Productores-Comercializadores, los Transportadores, los Comercializadores y los Distribuidores-Comercializadores de gas natural y las empresas generadoras de electricidad a base de gas natural, en cumplimiento de las normas vigentes, tomarán todas las medidas necesarias para que, aún frente a las situaciones a que se refiere el presente decreto, no se generen, por su negligencia, Racionamientos de Gas Natural o de Energía Eléctrica.
