Los empleados nacionales, departamentales o municipales y las personas a que se refiere el artículo 26 de la Ley 63 de 1914, serán penados a solicitud del Ministerio de Industrias, cuando no suministraren los datos referentes a las funciones de su cargo dentro del término y en las condiciones que se les señalen, con una multa de uno a treinta pesos oro, que se hará efectiva en los términos de la mencionada ley.
