Decreto 448 de 1929 · POR EL CUAL SE FIJAN LOS VIATICOS DE LOS JUECES DE PRENSA

Artículo Único . Cuando un Juez de Prensa tenga que actuar fuera del lugar de su residencia, porque las necesidades del servicio así lo exijan, se le pagarán viáticos a razón de diez pesos ($ 10) diarios por el tiempo de su permanencia en el lugar a donde se traslade; y al Secretario del Juez se le pagarán cinco pesos ($ 5) diarios.

Parágrafo

El pago se hará en la respectiva Administración de Hacienda Nacional de la capital donde resida el Juez, mediante cuenta que él presente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
