El Gobierno dictará la resolución a que haya lugar de conformidad con los artículos anteriores, según el caso, dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la presentación de la prueba por el interesado; o a la práctica de las que ordene el Gobierno, o dentro de los seis meses siguientes al vencimiento del término que el adjudicatario tiene para probar el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones o dentro del término de dos años que señala el artículo 5º de esta Ley.
