Una vez en firme la sentencia que imponga alguna de las multas a que se refiere el artículo 66 del Decreto 1188 de 1974, el respectivo funcionario deberá informarlo al Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes y al Fondo Rotatorio de Estupefacientes, dentro de las 24 horas que siguen al recibo del expediente, con indicación del valor de la multa y de si ésta fue pagada o no lo ha sido aún.
