Resolución inicial. Establecida la condición de baldíos, el Gerente General o su delegado, ordenara iniciar los trámites administrativos para establecer si los terrenos se encuentran o no debidamente ocupados y dispondrá, si fuere el caso, iniciar las diligencias para su recopilación. La providencia no notificara personalmente al Agente del Ministro Público, a la notificación personal, se procederá en la forma prevista por el artículo 318 del Código del Procedimiento Civil.
