Para la modificación de los presentes Estatutos se requiere el voto afirmativo de la mayoría absoluta de los miembros del Consejo Directivo, en dos sesiones distintas. En las notas de convocatoria se dirá necesariamente que la reunión tiene por objeto el estudio de modificaciones a los Estatutos.
