Practicada la ampliación e inmediatamente después de recibido el sumario por el juez, éste declarará cerrada la investigación, y, si fuere el caso, ordenará que se corra al respectivo Agente del Ministerio Público el traslado de que trata el inciso segundo del artículo 421.
