A más tardar dentro de los seis meses siguientes a la fecha de la primera diligencia de entrega de una cualquiera de las concesiones que se pretenda trabajar en conjunto, el interesado deberá formular al Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos, la correspondiente solicitud de autorización. El Ministerio dictará la respectiva providencia dentro de los treinta días siguientes al recibo de la solicitud. Si así no lo hiciere, se entenderá autorizado el plan conjunto.
