°. Certificado de competencia laboral. El certificado de competencia laboral en la titulación de instructor en conducción y de formador de instructores en conducción señalados en los artículos 19, 20 y 22, numeral 2 del Decreto 1500 de 2009, que deberá ser expedido por el SENA, será exigible a los doce (12) meses siguientes a la implementación de la Norma Técnica de Competencia Laboral por el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
