La partida de cincuenta mil pesos ($50.000) decretada por el artículo 19 de la Ley 95 de 1919 para el camino de Occidente en el Departamento de Boyacá, se incluirá en la Ley de Apropiaciones y se invertirá de preferencia por el Gobierno de aquel Departamento en la construcción de la carretera en los trayectos de Tunja a Chiquinquirá de ahí a Pauna.
