Articulo 197. De los programas de bienestar social. Los organismos del Sistema Nacional de Salud deberán formular y desarrollar programas de bienestar social, en aspectos tales como educación, salud- vivienda, cultura, deporte. recreación y vacaciones, directamente o a través de las instituciones creadas para tal efecto, destinados a elevar e! nivel de vida de los funcionarios y sus familias.
