Todas las contribuciones parafiscales agropecuarias y pesqueras existentes con anterioridad a la vigencia de la Constitución Política de 1991, quedan sujetas a lo que ordena esta Ley, sin perjuicio de los derechos adquiridos y las disposiciones legales que los regulan y los contratos legalmente celebrados.
