º. Adiciónase el artículo 86. del Decreto 948 de 1995, de la siguiente manera: "

Parágrafo

La renovación de que trata este artículo se entiende únicamente para los permisos de emisión atmosférica expedidos por las autoridades ambientales competentes con base en el presente Decreto."
