Art. 1º Para el transporte de la sal que debe llevarse de Cundinamarca á Santander, para las fuerzas que ocupan este último, y por cuanto en el centro de Boyacá se cambia el transporte en carros por el de á lomo de bestia, establecese en la ciudad de Santa Rosa de Viterbo un Almacén de depósito para el mencionado artículo.
