Art. 7° Los Consejeros y el Secretario del Consejo disfrutaran de las dotaciones señaladas en la ley de sueldos (8a. de 1886). Además, cada Oficial Mayor tendrá una asignación anual de mil ochocientos pesos ($1.800) y cada Escribiente la de seiscientos ($600).
