El que quiera ejercer una industria, comercio o ramo de negocios ya explotados por otra persona, con el mismo nombre o con la misma designación comercial, adoptará una modificación que haga que ese nombre o esa designación sea visible y claramente distinta de la que usare la Casa o establecimiento preexistente, y que evite toda confusión que a primera vista pudiera producirse.
