Los defraudadores perderán todo vehículo o efecto que se les aprehenda con el contrabando, los cuales pasarán a ser propiedad del Departamento. A los terceros que se digan dueños de los vehículos o efectos expresados, les quedará a salvo su derecho para repetir contra los autores, cómplices o encubridores del fraude, caso de que no les fuere imputable participación alguna en la comisión del delito.
