Conservación de libros electrónicos. El comerciante que opte por el registro de libros en medios electrónicos, de que trata el artículo 173 del Decreto 019 de 2012, deberá garantizar, en todo caso, la conservación de los mismos, durante los términos previstos legalmente para ello.
