Créase en el Territorio Nacional del Caquetá una Comisaría Judicial especial, con jurisdicción en los Corregimientos de Orteguasa, Caguán y Yarí, en que estaba dividida la Intendencia del Alto Caquetá, según el Decreto Ejecutivo número 995 de 1905 (24 de Agosto), y en los Corregimientos que formaban la Intendencia del Putumayo.
