La Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, podrá nombrar como profesores honorarios a las personalidades propuestas por el Director del Centro de Altos Estudios Policiales y Escuela de Cadetes de Policía General Santander, quienes deberán sustentar debidamente su propuesta.
