º. Durante el día 19 de julio de 1931 las empresas de transporte de pasajeros de radio de acción urbana y las empresas de radio de acción veredal del Departamento de Bolívar y de la Intendencia de San Andrés y Providencia, deberán prestar el servicio normalmente, en las rutas y con las frecuencias autorizadas.
