Las partidas deberán ser pagadas a los Tesoreros de los respectivos establecimientos de educación, quienes las incorporarán en los presupuestos e invertirán en funcionamiento, dotación o inversión, según lo acuerden las juntas o entidades que gobernaren los establecimientos educativos auxiliados en esta Ley.
