Artículo noveno. Los Directores de Educación por medio de los funcionarios de su dependencia y con intervención de los órganos judiciales correspondientes, pueden iniciar las investigaciones necesarias para decidir si un maestro se ha hecho acreedor a la exclusión del Escalafón por mala conducta. Del expediente que con tal motivo se levante, liarán traslado a las juntas Seccionales respectivas, para los fines del artículo 20 del Decreto 1188 de 1916.
