Artículo quinto. El patrimonio del Fondo Rotatorio Judicial estará constituido por

Todos los bienes y rentas que actualmente posee;

Los productor o utilidades que derive de sus operaciones propias;

Los auxilios, subvenciones, donaciones que destinen al Fondo, la Nación u otras entidades de derecho público o derecho privado. CAPITULO III Administración y Organización
