Comisiones. En cada una de las Cámaras se organizarán Comisiones Constitucionales Permanentes encargadas de dar primer debate a los proyectos de ley o de acto legislativo relacionados con los asuntos de su competencia, según lo determine la ley. Así mismo, funcionarán Comisiones legales, Comisiones especiales y Comisiones accidentales.
