Salvoconducto. La Cédula Militar para Oficiales y Suboficiales en servicio activo, reemplaza el Salvoconducto para el porte de armas a que se refiere el Decreto 2535 de 1993 y normas que lo modifiquen.

Parágrafo

La expedición de salvoconductos para porte de armas a Oficiales y Suboficiales en situación de retiro o reserva, solamente requiere la presentación de la cédula militar y la comprobación de la procedencia legal del arma.
