ARTICULO 2.4.6.5.3 .- BIENES DEL FONDO AGROPECUARIO DE GARANTÍAS. De conformidad con la ley 16 de 1990, el Banco de la República y la Caja Agraria están autorizados para ceder y Finagro para recibir, los dineros y las obligaciones del Fondo Agropecuario de Garantías existentes al momento de entrar en vigencia la citada ley. El pago al Banco de la República se hará con recursos del presupuesto nacional.
