La jurisdicción sólo puede ejercerse por las diversas autoridades judiciales dentro del respectivo territorio señalado por la ley. Excepcionalmente puede alguna de ellas invadir territorio distinto cuando se trate del ejercicio de acciones reales o de inspecciones oculares, secuestros y otras diligencias relativas a inmuebles que se extiendan a otras jurisdicciones.
