Los negocios que cursen en el Juzgado Superior de Pamplona, en la fecha de la vigencia de la presente Ley y que procedan de los circuitos de que trata el artículo anterior, serán pasados al Juzgado Superior de Cucuta en los primeros diez días de su funcionamiento.
