Adecuación de la estructura interna y de la planta de personal. La Junta Directiva del Instituto determinará las modificaciones a la estructura interna y a la planta de personal, que sean necesarias de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente Decreto, dentro del año siguiente a la vigencia del mismo. La planta de personal del Instituto Nacional de Salud será global y entrará a regir, para todos los efectos legales, a partir de la fecha de publicación del Decreto que apruebe el acuerdo que la establezca.
