º . Dirección y administración del Fondo. La dirección y administración de Fondelibertad estará a cargo de un Consejo Directivo y de un servidor público del nivel directivo designado por el Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho, quien tendrá las funciones de Gerente del mismo y será el ordenador del gasto en virtud de delegación conferida por el Ministro. El Consejo Directivo y el servidor público con funciones de Gerente, actuarán atendiendo las reglamentaciones específicas que para su administración expida el Conase.
