Artículo tercero. El aumento de capital de las corporaciones financieras se pagará así: el 30% al tiempo de suscribirse las nuevas acciones, y el resto en la forma y términos indicados en al artículo anterior. Ningún aumento de capital será autorizado si el anteriormente suscrito no está íntegramente pagado.
