El que tenga acceso carnal o ejecute actos erótico-sexuales con un descendiente o ascendiente, aun ilegítimo, o con un afín en línea directa, o con un hermano o hermana, estará sujeto a la pena de prisión por seis meses a cuatro años. CAPITULO III De la bigamia y de los matrimonios ilegales.
