El Sistema de Medios Públicos RTVC a través de sus canales de televisión, emisoras de radio en todo el país, plataformas digitales, redes sociales y página web oficial, deberá implementar una estrategia permanente de comunicación y sensibilización orientada a la prevención del reclutamiento, uso y utilización de niñas, niños y adolescentes, así como a la divulgación de la ruta institucional de denuncia, atención y protección.
