ARTICULO 3.5.1.4.- ADMINISTRACION DE VALORES.- La Administración por parte de un depósito centralizado de valores sólo tendrá por objeto el ejercicio de los derechos patrimoniales que se deriven de los valores, en consecuencia, la sociedad administradora no podrá representar al depositante en las asambleas de accionistas o de tenedores que se celebren. Para que un depósito centralizado de valores pueda, de conformidad con el inciso anterior, ejercer los derechos incorporados en los valores depositados bastará el certificado que al efecto expida el depósito.
