° Los concursos se verificarán ante un Consejo de Examinadores, designado por el Consejo de que trata el artículo 6°, y de acuerdo con los cuestionarios que se hayan elaborado al efecto. Respecto de los aspirantes que no puedan presentarse a concurso en Bogotá, el Consejo queda facultado, en vista de los datos de las documentaciones, para indicar la entidad o establecimiento donde deban rendir el examen requerido.
