Artículo octavo. El tiempo para el1 reconocimiento de la Prima de Antigüedad respecto a los empleados a cuyo cargo cambia de sueldo de ingreso, se comenzará a contar desde la fecha de la nueva posesión. Respecto de los demás empleados que se incorporen a la planta de personal a que se refiere el presente Decreto no habrá solución de continuidad para efectos del reconocimiento de la Prima de Antigüedad.
