º Las disposiciones del presente Decreto regirán para las sumas que se jueguen a partir del primer domingo de enero de 1959, inclusive. Sin embargo, de acuerdo con el artículo 204 de la Constitución Nacional, el aumento de los impuestos existentes anteriormente, o sea de cinco por ciento (5%) sobre el valor total de las sumas recaudadas, cincuenta centavos ($0.50) sobre cada formulario, y tres por ciento (5%) sobre las sumas que se paguen sobre premios, solamente comenzarán a cobrarse seis (6) meses después de la promulgación de la Ley que se reglamenta por el presente Decreto.
