Artículo único. Apruébase en todas sus partes la Convencion sobre la conservacion de la paz entre Colombia y Chile, celebrada en esta capital el dia trés de Setiembre de mil ochocientos ochenta, entre el Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores, debidamente autorizado por el Poder Ejecutivo nacional, y el Encargado de Negocios de la República de Chile, señor Francisco Valdés Vergara.
