Para la celebración de esta efemérides la Nación contribuye con la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($50.000.00) que se invertirán así: para la construcción de un hospital con pabellón de maternidad, cuarenta mil pesos ($40.000.00) y para la defensa de los cultivos amenazados por las avenidas del rio, diez mil pesos ($10.000.00).
