Certificado de trabajo. En todo caso de terminación de una relación de trabajo con la administración pública nacional, la entidad respectiva, al comunicarla al empleado oficial, deberá entregarle un certificado en papel común y por duplicado en el que conste el tiempo de servicios, los salarios completos y primas devengados y los descuentos que se les hayan hecho con destino a las entidades de previsión social. Este certificado es idóneo para cualquier reclamo de carácter social.
