º . Las cajas de compensación familiar que reciban dineros por redistribución, sólo podrán emplearlo en el pago del subsidio familiar dentro del mismo sector primario. De la ejecución de los programas desarrollados con estos recursos, se presentarán los informes respectivos al Consejo Directivo de cada Caja, para efectos del control y vigilancia de que trata el numeral 6 del artículo 54 de la Ley 21 de 1982.
