Procedimiento de inmovilización . Para llevar a cabo la inmovilización, la Autoridad Competente que tenga conocimiento de la infracción, ordenará detener la marcha del vehículo y previa amonestación al conductor le impondrá una orden de comparendo. La inmovilización se llevará a cabo en patios oficiales, talleres o parqueaderos autorizados por las autoridades de tránsito y transporte, bajo la responsabilidad del propietario o conductor del vehículo, para lo cual la autoridad respectiva notificará del hecho al propietario o administrador del respectivo taller o parqueadero.
