Sentencia y notificación . Vencido el término de traslado el juez dictará sentencia, y si decreta la expropiación ordenará cancelar los gravámenes, embargos e inscripciones que recaigan sobre los bienes. La sentencia se notificará personalmente, pero si ello no fuere posible dentro de los tres días siguientes a su fecha, la notificación se hará por edicto que se fijará por un día en la secretaría.
