- RATIFICACION POR LA ASAMBLEA. En cuanto el Ministerio de Gobierno reciba del de Hacienda y Crédito Público los documentos referentes a límites dudosos o no, los remitirá para su ratificación definitiva, si fuere el caso, a la Asamblea Departamental por conducto del Gobernador respectivo (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 22).
