La educación de adultos se impartirá en forma sistemática en Centros de Alfabetización, en Centros de Cultura Popular, en Escuelas Unitarias de Adul tos, en Escuelas Artesanales, en Núcleos Escolares, en Escuelas - Hogar, en Centros de Formación Profesional, en Centros de Educación Media, en Universidades Populares, en Cursos por Correspondencia, Prensa, Radio y Televisión, mediante Misiones Culturales, en cursos libres, y en otras instituciones o por medio de sistemas que autorice el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
